Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 · Effective August 9, 2026

Find Your Chair is an AI-powered career platform — jobs, your professional profile, an AI career assistant, learning, and a marketplace, all in one app. These Terms are the agreement between you and LINK for using it. Using the service means you accept them.

1.About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of Find Your Chair — the mobile app, the website, and any related features or services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by LINK ("LINK", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time (Section 11).

2.What Find Your Chair is

Find Your Chair connects job seekers with employers and helps you manage your working life — discovering roles, building a professional profile, using an AI career assistant, learning, and accessing professional services in a marketplace.

We are a platform, not an employer or recruitment agency. We do not hire you, employ you, or pay you, and we are not a party to any employment relationship, contract, or arrangement you enter into with an employer you find through the Service. Interviews, offers, pay, and working conditions are between you and the employer.

3.Eligibility & your account

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to work in your country to use the Service. You register with a phone number, email, or a supported sign-in provider (such as Google or Apple), and you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. Your account is personal to you; do not share it or open an account in someone else's name.

4.Using the Service

As a job seeker you can browse and search roles, save jobs, build and edit your profile, apply to jobs, message employers about your applications, use the AI assistant and learning content, and access marketplace services.

As an employer you can post roles, review applicants, and communicate with candidates about their applications, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the roles they post and for complying with all employment, equal-opportunity, and data-protection laws that apply to them.

5.Applications & contacting employers

When you apply to a role, the information necessary to consider your application — such as your name, professional profile, and the contact details you choose to share — is made available to that employer so they can evaluate and contact you. Sharing happens only with employers whose roles you apply to, not with the general public.

We are not responsible for how an employer uses information you choose to share with them, for their hiring decisions, or for any communication or arrangement that takes place off the platform.

6.AI features

The Service includes AI-assisted features (for example, job matching, profile suggestions, and a career assistant). AI output is generated automatically, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and is provided for guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing it and for any decision you make based on it. AI features are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice.

7.Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create — your profile, applications, messages, and anything else you submit. You grant LINK a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, to show your application to an employer you applied to).

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Breaking these rules may result in your account being suspended or closed (Section 11).

9.Marketplace & third-party services

The Service may surface professional services, learning content, or offers provided by third parties. Those are governed by the third party's own terms, and any transaction is between you and that provider. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability.

10.Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand, and content we provide, is owned by LINK or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of it except as permitted by law.

11.Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if your account is used unlawfully or harmfully, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable and not urgent, we will give you notice.

12.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work in good faith to keep it useful, accurate, and secure, but we do not guarantee that you will find a job or a candidate, that listings or AI output are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LINK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or from any employment or arrangement you enter into through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always shown at the top of this document.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel — without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
