Find Your Chair is an AI-powered career platform operated by LINK ("LINK", "we", "us"). LINK is the controller of the personal information processed through the Service. This policy applies to the Find Your Chair app, website, and related features, and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

What we do not collect: we do not collect biometric data, your contacts, browsing history outside the app, or background audio/video.
Employers. When you apply to a role, we share the information needed to consider your application — such as your name, professional profile, and the contact details you choose to share — with that employer only. We do not make your profile public or share it with employers whose roles you have not applied to, unless you explicitly opt in to being discoverable.
Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service (for example, hosting and database, authentication, messaging, and analytics). They may process personal information only on our instructions and to provide their service to us.
Legal. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Some features process your information automatically to generate matches, suggestions, and assistant responses. These outputs are provided for guidance and are not a substitute for your own judgment. You remain in control of your profile and of what you choose to submit.
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we must retain certain data to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a significant breach as required by law.

Find Your Chair is available across multiple countries, and your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
Find Your Chair is intended for adults in the workforce and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
